The youth is essential for long-term industry growth, and their engagement in ongoing renewable energy conversations is critical in achieving a sustainable energy future.

It therefore gives us great pleasure to invite you to SAWEA and SAPVIA's inauguralGENERATION RENEW event, a youth in renewables initiative/movement.

Under the theme: "ACCELERATING YOUTH SKILLS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP", this event will bring young people together with industry experts to converse on challenges experienced when emerging as a young professional into the renewable energy space and address the barriers to entry such as how the youth is impacted by the lack of knowledge regarding employment opportunities, as well as gender disparities.
